Gardner Hook Stone
The ‘Hook Stone’ is a high precision hook sharpening tool, that can be used to hone amazingly sharp hook points on straight and beaked point patterns.
The combination of a solid steel handle and flat faced 2cm wide x 7.5cm long abrasive surfaces, gives you the greatest control during sharpening.
The honing surfaces are made with 2 different levels of high quality diamond encrusted composite abrasive:
- 30 microns (fine grade) on the front.
- 60 microns (medium grade) on the back.
- The Hook Stone is 171mm long x 20mm wide.
Mounted on a rigid, lightweight 2cm wide stainless steel handle, the stability of the handle and width of the abrasive surfaces makes this tool extremely effective and easy to use. The honing surfaces remain flat through out the lifetime of the Hook Stone, ensuring the product remains effective for longer.
